The February 5, 2001, Gorham Planning Board has been rescheduled to Monday, February 12, 2001, at 7:00 P.M. in the Gorham High School Cafeteria, 41 Morrill Avenue, Gorham, Maine.

1.      APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November 20, December 4, and December 18, 2000 and January 8,                      2001.

2.      CONSENT AGENDA:
        TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF SANDY TERRACE SUBDIVISION FROM JOHN T. HAWKES TO               CHASE CUSTOM HOMES & FINANCE, INC. – BURNHAM ROAD
        Request for review and approval of transfer of ownership for a 5-lot conventional subdivision on 7.78   acres approved for John T. Hawkes on December 18, 2000. Zoned Rural/Manufactured Housing.  (Map 2/Lot 2)

3.      ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - “GRAVEL PIT ORDINANCE” - R. J. GRONDIN & SONS AND SHAW BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
PUBLIC HEARING
Proposed amendments to Chapter II, Section I. C. Mineral Exploration, Excavation and Gravel Pits of the Gorham Land Use and Development Code, Subsections 5)a); 5)b); and 7)f) to allow excavation below the water table, reductions in various excavation setbacks and slope from abutting property owners and removal of the requirement for a three-year review of blasting permits by the Planning Board.

4.      SITE PLAN/FINAL CLUSTER SUBDIVISION PLAN/PRIVATE WAY PLAN - PARK SOUTH CONDOS - SOUTH STREET - DESIGN DWELLINGS, INC./DAVID FOGG
PUBLIC HEARING
Request for final subdivision plan approval for a 36-unit condominium/cluster subdivision; major site plan with proposed public streets on 25.5 acres off South Street and a private way to access back lot of David Fogg. Zoned Suburban Residential. (Map 24/Lot 10).

5.      SITE PLAN/SPECIAL EXCEPTION/SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT - MINI STORAGE FACILITY W/OFFICE &APARTMENT - GORHAM INDUSTRIAL PARK - LOT #7 - R.J. GRONDIN & SONS
PUBLIC HEARING
A request for approval of a proposed mini-storage facility on New Portland Road and Sanford Drive, with an accessory business office and manager’s apartment and minor amendment to the Gorham Industrial Park subdivision plan. Zoned Industrial. (Map 12/Lots 33.007 and 33.005)

6.      FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN - CHERRY HILL FARMS - FINN PARKER RD - JAMES & THOMAS SHAW
Request for final plan approval for a proposed 14-lot subdivision off Finn Parker Road. Zoned Rural (M55/L10).

7.      PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE-SPECIAL EXCEPTION/SUBDIVISION PLAN – LIBBY AVENUE/NEW PORTLAND ROAD - JOHN CHASE
Request for a pre-application conference on a proposed 20-lot subdivision on 35 acres at the intersection of Libby Avenue and New Portland Road. Zoned Industrial and Black Brook Road/Brackett Road Special Protection Overlay District. (Map 29/Lot 2).
